The Power of Letting Go with Kira

Do you ever feel tired, sluggish and sometimes even burned out? Burn-out is very common these days and is directly connected to our fast paced lifestyle.


Your body is a temple for the soul to reside in. Therefore it is important to give your body a break once in a while and to slow down and let go. Letting go can be learned and we can draw a great amount of strength from it.

By letting go off outside distraction we draw our attention inwards in this workshop to find our inner voice. We will hold poses (asanas) for 3 – 5 minutes without muscular tension to surrender even more into the here and now. This “wellness” für body and soul.
