Yoga Beginner courses
New to yoga? You are in the right place!
Beginner courses are designed specifically for Yoga “newbies”!
No prior knowledge required. You also do not need to be flexible or strong to start practicing Yoga. These are nice ‘side effects’, but not the main reason why we practice Yoga.
This course is taught in a small group (max 12 – 16 participants) to allow for the best possible learning experience.
Each week is dedicated to a special topic and teaching of the yogic philosophy, a specific group of asanas (physical postures), meditation, and breathing exercises (pranayama).
After 10 classes you might notice the first positive effects of your yoga practice on all levels – physically, emotionally and mentally. You will also be equipped with the basic tools to deepen your own practice.

Payment: Spots on the mats are limited and go quickly, so we ask to reserve your spot via transferring the course fee to the account of Bali Yoga Wien.

What happens if I am not able to attend a class? You have the opportunity to make up up to two missed classes by either attending another beginners course or a basic class from our regular schedule. There is a €5 admin fee per make-up-class.
