Every Thursday with Iwona from 12.4. – 14.6. 5:30pm – 7pm

Every Tuesday with Beate from 08.5. – 10.7. 5:30pm – 7pm

Beginner courses are designed specifically for Yoga “newbies”!

This 10-week course is for all those who want to start with Yoga.

No prior knowledge is required to attend this progressive course. We lead you into Yoga, step by step, as each week we focus on a special topic of the Yoga philosophy and its origins, a specific group of asans (physical postures), meditation and breathing techniques.

This course is limited to 16 participants to ensure attention is paid to each student individually.

After 10 classes you might notice the first positive effects of your yoga practice on all levels – physically, emotionally and mentally. You will also be equipped with the basic tools to deepen your own practice.

If you are looking for more relaxation and balance in your every day life and wish to create more strength and flexibility, then this course may just be the one for you!

What happens if I am not able to attend a class? You have the opportunity to make up up to two missed classes by either attending another beginners course or a basic class from our regular schedule. There is a €5 admin fee per make-up-class.
