We suggest to visit our Level 2 course for beginners after your Level 1; this course

is especially for those who have already attended a beginner course,

and want to deepen their practice and take even more focused time for themselves.

If you love to begin with yoga, the best option really is to visit one of our beginners’ courses, which start on a regular basis. Or you may visit yoga practices from our general schedule such as the Basic Hatha and Basic Vinyasa, Back (Rücken), Functional Strength & Mobility, Yoga for Women or a Yin Yoga practice. You may go to an OL (Open Level) practice; however, please do let your teacher know, that you are a beginner. We suggest to start OL classes only after 3-6 months of regular practice and after a course. What is a regular practice?:  2-3 times a week.

Beginner courses are designed specifically for Yoga “newbies”!

The 10-weeks  Level 1 course is for all those who want to start with Yoga. If you are looking to learn more about yoga philosophy, look for more relaxation and balance in your every day life and wish to create more strength and flexibility, then these courses may just be for you! After 10 classes you might notice the first positive effects of your yoga practice on all levels – physically, emotionally and mentally. You will also be equipped with the basic tools to deepen your own practice.

No prior knowledge is required to attend this progressive course. We lead you into Yoga, step by step, as each week we focus on a special topic of the Yoga philosophy and its origins, a specific group of asans (physical postures), meditation and breathing techniques.

The Level 2 course is especially for those who have already attended a beginner course, and want to deepen their practice and take even more focussed time for themselves.

The courses are limited to 14-16 participants to ensure attention is paid to each student individually.

What do I do if I miss a class? You can make up for 2 “missed” lessons during the 10 weeks course; either through a  Basic practice from our general schedule or you may join another beginner’s course. The administration fee for this is € 5.-

What do I do after (during) the course? We advise you to take the level 2 course to deepen your practice and to learn more about all aspects of yoga. We also extend a special trial offer: you can attend unlimited as many lessons as possible (we recommend: Basic Hour, Back (Rücken) Practice, Functional Strength & Mobility, Yoga for Women or Yin Yoga Practice.) for 30 days for just  € 40. You can also use this trial offer during your course as an additional practice.

Sign Up: Select your preferred course below and confirm your registration through online payment and you are all good to go.

What happens if I am not able to attend a class? You have the opportunity to make up up to two missed classes by either attending another beginners course or a basic class from our regular schedule. There is a €5 admin fee per make-up-class.
