Thursdays Level 2 with Nina, 03.10. – 05.12.,19:30 – 21:00
We suggest to visit our Level 2 course for beginners after your Level 1; this course is especially for those who have already attended a beginner course,
and want to deepen their practice and take even more focused time for themselves.
Level 3 course is for all who have finished level 2 or who have done regular yoga at least for 6 months and prefer to practice yoga in smaller groups.

Can I do a trial for f the course/studio before I sign up? Yes, you can! You can “sniff at” another beginner course for a drop-in rate of € 17 (choose the course in the online schedule and send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org) or simply “sniff at” the studio for € 5 for 1 time (prices here), for this option we recommend basic (in pink) or back lessons.
What do I do if I miss a class? You can make up to two “lost” lessons in L1 and L2 either in another beginner course, in a basic or back(Rücken) practice according to our timetable (within 12 weeks from the beginning of the course). For the extra administration we charge a €5 admin fee. At level 3 you may make up 2 hours of your choice without charge.
What do I do after (during) the course? We advise you to take the level 2 beginner’s course to deepen your practice after Level 1 and to learn more about all aspects of yoga. We also extend a special trial offer: you can attend unlimited as many lessons as possible (we recommend: Basic Hatha & Basic Vinyasa, Back (Rücken) Practice, Functional Strength & Mobility, Yoga for Women or Yin Yoga Practice.) for 30 days for just €40. You may also use this trial offer during your course as an additional practice. After this we have another offer for you; your first monthly card or 10 block is reduced
If you love to begin with yoga, we suggest to attend a Beginners Course first, which starts on a regular basis every month, and/or visit yoga practices from our general schedule such as the Basic Hatha and Basic Vinyasa, Back (Rücken), Functional Strength & Mobility, Yoga for Women or a Yin Yoga practice. We recommend to start OL classes only after 3-6 months of regular practice (What is a regular practice?: 2-3 times a week.) and after a beginner’s course.
Please note that Beginners Courses are not open classes. To attend it is required to sign up for the entire 10 weeks course prior to starting date.
Beginner courses are designed specifically for Yoga “newbies”
The 10-weeks Level 1 course is for those who want to start with Yoga. If you are looking to create more strength, flexibility & alignment in your body, learn more about yoga philosophy and look for relaxation & balance in your every day life, then this course may just be for you! After already a few classes you might notice the first positive effects of your yoga practice on all levels – physically, emotionally and mentally. After ten weeks, you may be equipped with some basic tools to deepen your own home practice.
No prior knowledge is required to attend this progressive course. We lead you into Yoga, step by step, as each week we focus on a specific group of asanas (physical postures), a special topic of the Yoga philosophy, meditation and breathing techniques.
Participants: The courses are limited to 16 participants to ensure attention is paid to each student individually.
How long and when? 10 weeks, once a week (except on public holidays)
Costs: € 160 with a junior instructor; € 200 with a senior instructor, € 220 for Level 3
