Hormonyoga Course according to Dinah Rodrigues – monthly course with Iwona

Once a month Iwona is holding a Hormon yoga course as taught by Dinah Rodrigues!
With this form of yoga the production of hormones is reactivated and restored to it balance. The specifics hormon-yoga exercises are easy to learn and practice.
We will be using visualisation techniques, special breathing technisier, and techniques from the Kundalini tradition. These techniques help to increase the Hormon level and to ease symptoms connected to menopause or PMS (Pre-menstruation Syndrom).
This form of yoga theraphie invented by Dinah Rodrigues is a holistic approach and thus works on many levels. The production of Hormons is activated and in many cases fertility can be restored. The exercises effect the whole body and specifically the ovaries, the thyroid gland and the pituitary gland
