Kathi first came into contact with yoga more than ten years ago. Since then she has practiced different styles in different studios all over the world and was also for a longer time in an Ashram in India, where she was able to immerse herself even deeper in yoga. She finds the balance to her everyday life mainly in meditation, practicing vinyasa and yin yoga and in long walks with her dog.
“It has always been my dream to share my passion for yoga and to pass on my knowledge to as many people as possible. I love to motivate people and show them how to get the most out of their body and personality”.
