Yoga Class Description

Here you can find a description for all our classes

Bali Yoga Wien offers a variety of “yoga styles” to fit your practice and mood with experienced teachers. Every yoga practice is different and not tied to a strict sequence. Every week we focus on a specific theme in regards to the asanas (body postures) theme and every month we follow a theme connected to yoga philosophy. All our open classes and courses may be taught in German and English and are often accompanied by music!

For beginners we suggest our Beginners Courses or Hatha Basic, Vinyasa Flow Basic, Yoga for the Spine (Heal your Back or Rücken Yoga) and Yin Yoga classes.  After 3-6 months of regular practice we welcome you to join OL and Vinyasa classes.
