A dynamic yoga practice in which positions flow into each other and are usually initiated with sun salutations. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breathing, Bandhas (internal locks) and Drishti (focus points) to get into the flow. More advanced positions to try out and also simpler variations are offered.
