In this dynamic yoga class postures flow into one another like the links of a chain. The class typically starts with a series of sun salutations to warm up. Vinyasa Yoga synchronises movement with breath, bandhas and drishti to get into the flow.
Advanced asanas are being offered for everyone to try, along with easier variations.
This class is recommended for students with at least 3 months of solid practice. Beginners are encouraged to do Vinyasa Flow – Basic classes.
