Yin Yang Yoga

This all level yoga practice starts very slow with Pranayama and Meditation and is followed by restorative and yin yoga postures. 45 minutes of this practice is in yang style, meaning sun salutation and Vinyasa connecting breath with intention and yoga philosophy (we always have a theme in this practice) accompanied by music. This special yin-yang practice ends with restorative or yin yoga postures before leading into Savasana.
