This special yoga practice is offered only during spring and summer. It’s a combination of yoga and modern fitness moves. The focus is on the breath and correct alignment and working on the “weaker zones”, in order to feel really good in your body. Not only during the summertime, but also the whole year round! This class can be challenging. We will sweat together and test our physical boundaries. But don’t worry there will be enough time for relaxation and stretching too!
