Anna discovered yoga while living in Hong Kong more than 20 years ago. She immediately connected to the practice and loved the way it made her feel. Having done a lot of sports growing up in Stockholm, the quite physical Ashtanga yoga resonated particularly well with her.
Later, a knee injury led her to explore other yoga styles. She began to expand her boundaries, and found that moving out of the familiar became an important aspect of yoga for her.
Anna thoroughly enjoyed diving deeper into the philosophy of yoga during the Bali Yoga Teacher Training with Beate McLatchie and Bruno Teyssandier and is continuously doing further teacher trainings with different teachers. That includes Vinyasa Flow worshops with Claire Missingham, Yin Yoga with Markus Giess and Yoga Nidra with Kate Kuss among other.
Anna teaches and motivates with a Dynamic Flow incorporating pranayama, meditation, Yin and deep relaxation techniques in the practice.
