Anne has been teaching yoga since 2009. Her yoga classes are lovingly and mentally guided. “Yoga ought to be fun and ought to move us.” For her Yoga is a lifestyle.
For her, it is important to apply her experiences during her practice in her daily life to lead a healthier, happier life. She started teaching her first classes in 2009 during her first pregnancy. This changed her life. It was clear to her that this was her “dharma” (life purpose). She quit her job in marketing and has since taught thousands of students.
Complimentary to her Yoga practice and teaching, Anne is also a certified Shiatsu practitioner. The mindful and focused treatment of another person is related to Yoga, since it requires being fully present, centred and empathetic.
She is grateful to be able to practice both, Yoga and Shiatsu and is also a happy mother of three children.
Furthermore, she is one of the main teachers at the Bali Yoga Wien Teacher Training in Vienna. In the training she teaches those fine areas such as yoga sequencing and pre and post-natal Yoga. Anne will also share and study with you “svadhya” – self study. This is where we will study those big questions of: “What is my purpose? How do I get through life challenges”. This will open up areas to delve deeper into your life, learn and grow so that you may also inspire others.
