Vroni found her passion for Yoga during her schooldays. It was then that she took the first steps on this wonderful path. She soon became aware that healing practice was an integral part of her life. For her, this is the beauty of yoga. Once the little seed is planted, it is forever part of your journey, in the most beautiful way.
After traveling to Southeast Asia for one year in 2018 and attending several meditation and yoga retreats, she made a decision: A trip to Kerala in southern India fulfilled a heartfelt wish and she dove deeper into her fascination with India, its people and spirituality. In early 2019 she completed her yoga teacher training there followed by an ashram stay to deepen her physical and spiritual practice.
She has been teaching at Bali Yoga Wien since April 2019. Vroni integrates traditional elements of movement, breathing and meditation in her lessons. Her goal is to help you on your journey to bring body and mind into harmony, to cultivate mindfulness and to focus on the here and now.
