Your new online products with Beate have no limited validity and last into 2022 and further. Beate offers 90 minutes online classes at 6:45 Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 45 min Bootcamps on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00 and a Meditation every Wednesday at 6:00. There are also replay recordings of Beate’s classes available that are valid for 72 hours. Please book Beate’s practices through  here.
